Wawa is known as the Big Goose. They have a 5 mile long lake right in town that warms up, & of course for the hard core Lake Superior is only a hop skip & a jump away.
Other than that, it is not just in the middle of nowhere, but 500 miles INSIDE the middle of nowhere, a long drive for 99.9999% of the population.
Their postal code starts with P0S...say no more!
Amen to that. I'm actually doing a project on some dams out there. Unfortunately the site visits are done or I might have tried to pick that boat up and trailor it back on the companies dime. And I'm not doing that trip again any time soon!!
