What is the deal with the rudders on that boat? Are they homemade?

the rudders definitely are not stock g-cat. it's probably a 1983 as the pinstriping and logo are the same as my '83.

It's worth 4 times that much for spare parts. The mast alone (if straight) should be worth the asking price.
