If you don't get the measurements, the company Salty Dog Maine probably has the recipe. I think they just operate out of Ebay now, and I see Prindle 16 bridles but not 19. You can probably contact them since they most likely don't list every possible thing.

@Texastuma has a P19, but I think his forestay and bridles are franken-kitty'd.
You might try asking him.
