That is a pretty big project. For $200, you get the hulls, crossbeams, mast, tiller assembly and centerboards. I'd consider this a good deal as a donor or parts boat. By the time you buy blocks, sheets, rigging, tramp, sails, boom, and trailer there would be more sunk costs than value.
