I was turning my H16 over to buff the hulls. I noticed that one of my hulls i could move back and forth slightly. It seems loose at the casting(I have included a pic of where it is). The other hull is strong and does not move. It seems that I might need to tighten that bolt that holds it on. Is this normal, If not what can I do to correct the problem?

The bolts shouldn't be tightened more than snug. Too tight and you'll break the casting.
You need to either shim the pylons or glue the boat. Do a forum seach on that - it's been discussed many times.
