Without spending a fortune from the Hobie catalog! I want to replace all the lines because they are pretty much all shot. Including jib/main sheet/ line on trailer used to upright the mast....what kind of line do I need to buy to replace it? Dacron? Where can I get it? Thank you and sorry for the newb questions.

take all your old lines to any chandlery, pick what you like and use the old lines to determine length

For the mainsheet someone recommended the New England BZZZ Line 8 mm which is reasonably priced. You can order it on catsailor https://store.catsailor.com/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=243&idproduct=30421

See hobie's line guide pdf at http://www.hobiecat.com/support/pdfs/LineGuide.pdf for lengths

Do you recommend buying the package or just buying a spool of XX size rope and cutting it myself?
