So the first lesson is up. It will propably be rather boring for most of you, but if we combine our ideas we will maybe end up with a good manual how to build a DS12.

(for example, the dimensions of the ply?)
You will need 6 sheets of 3-4mm Okume or Gabon ply for the boat, and another one if you are thinking of making the mast yourself, guess there will be a drawing for that later if everything works out all right. 4 meters of alu tube for the beams. Then you will need some epoxy a wild guess 5 kg to make hulls, rudders, foils and mast.
Some micro fibres, foam blocks, E- glass for the deck, and a good quantity of carbon for the mast.
You will have a bill around 1000 euros for the material maybe less.
Sails and battens you can get from Singapour for about 250 euros.
