I was sailing my sons Wave in about 15 mph wind yesterday and noticed the boat always wanted to turn left. On port tack it had windward helm, on starboard lee helm. I checked the rudders and the back sections of both are warped slightly which is causing this. It appears the rudders are made of some thermoplastic and by heating them it may be possible to remove the warp and make them symetrical. Has anyone had and solved this problem? I checked another wave and it had a simular warp in the trailing section of the rudders.
