Hi all,
The 12th annual Whitebread race is rapidly approaching. This is a 33 miles race around scenic Shelter Island, starting and returning to New Suffolk, Long island, NY. It is open to all monohulls and multihulls, including beach catamarans with a major party before and after the race.
For info and registration/application go to:
www.pbsa.net or http://www.pbsa.net/WBmain.html

Steven,

Hope all is well, can you recommend someone I can go to for some work on my sails?

Thanks,

Wow, Papo!
Now that's a blast from the past! How are you? All is well here. Still sailing cats (obviously) amongst other things.
I always recommend Mark Washeim at Doyle Sails In Huntington. He is a cat sailor himself and just a great guy. Tell him I sent you.

We should get together one day. Do you still sail out of Heckscher? I'm set up on the beach in New Suffolk. My daughter and I just did our last Wednesday night race around Robin's island last night - it was awesome. I've done 18 Wednesdays so far, 15 on the cat.

Gotta run

Give me a call: 631-344-4846

Hi,
Don't worry about the notice of race. Beach Cats are defineitly in again this year, and as long as I'm involved in this race, will awlays be in.
Get your entry in now!
Steve
