If it's not sold by August 9th, come and do the annual race around Shelter Island! Starts at Southold Yacht Club.

I have a small yard and a boatload (no pun intended) of little kids. The boat takes up all of my property and I barely get out on it because of the kids. If I don't sell it and my wife doesn't kill me 
I will definitely do the race!!
