Hi All
With the weather warming up here in the NE I would like to know if any one out there has started preparing their boats for the season. I purchased a used h 16 last year off e bay with very little exp (impulse buy but they look so cool :>) anyhow I would like to at least use it a couple of times this year but have no clue if it is safe or the proper way to rig it. I live on the north shore (Bayville) so i was thinking if any one needed any help I could lend a hand and get some info in return.

Welcome to a very exciting sport with some of the nicest peopls around! Drop by Heckscher State park any ice weekend day from now through labor day and you'll probably see oe or most of us out there. If you bring your new boat, w'll help you rig up and even take you out for that all-important shakedown sail.
