All,

Just a thought for all of you that are heading to Adelaide for the Master's Games.

Lake Bonney Yacht Club in SA Riverland (located at Barmera,on the Sturt Hwy, just over the border from Mildura and on the way to Adelaide) is having their Opening Day the weekend before (end of Sept/Long weekend for some of us) and might be a good place to have a

hit out

before heading into Adelaide. With a strong Mossie fleet please have a think and we would like to see you all there.

Darryn,

Great results for you and all the Mozzies. I keep checking the ASC website every day for an update. <img src=

How does

Bullet

feel relative to your previous Mozzie ?

How come Peter Nikitin beat you in one of the heats ? <img src=

Regards,

Peter

Hi Peter, Bullet feels more bouyant, tacks a bit faster and I can push it harder on a reach.

Peter N beat me in the race because he is a good sailor, he led around each mark in the race and sailed the light and shifty conditions very well. It was a good experince for me too as I was tuning up on him during the race and working out my settings for my sail controls, it was the first light weather race I have done against Mk1 Mozzies and I learnt a few things about how to make Bullet go in those conditions.

Good forecast today, plenty of wind (15-18knots) from the Southwest.

Last two races were cancelled, too much wind unfortunately.

Five mozzies had six great competitive races with Darren not alway`s in front. we did our level best for old fart`s to keep him honest! Maybe we just need new Chris hulls to catch him more often! Looking forward to next victorian regatta`s. Got my Prestissmo fixed on the Lay day fortunately after breaking a few part`s, all`s well that end`s well!
