This is how it can get at Christies. 22 knots, big waves.

Did I take that one? Looks like my sail but you sailing so I think I remember taking it from the beach in front of the club.
I just reviewed our gps tracks from the race starting after that pic was taken, the conditions may have reduced our max speeds to only 16knots but I can still remember surfing those waves.
