yesterday I raced against other cats (dart18, topcat) My boatspeed was good, but I had Problems going upwind (the other ones point higher upwind, I don't know why) any suggestions about boat trimm?

You were almost certainly trying to point too high. Bare off a fraction, let the speed build and then take the height.
