I sent in my individual form with a check a looooooooooong time ago and haven't heard back. The check hasn't cleared as yet.
So while you're talking to whoever can you find out whats going on?

We are working on membership cards.., Tim was trying to get the best prices. However, he and I will be on the Worrell 1000 coverage for the next few weeks.., so expect a bit of delay there.
