I think the first order of business for the general membership to consider is declaring peace with Hobie cat. Both the sailors and the company. I see nothing good coming of lasting animosity.

I don't think any of on the Board feel any animosity. If anything, we should all be giving thanks -- this is exactly the springboard NAMSA needed. It has really shown the sailing multihull public that there is indeed a need for an umbrella organization.
I know Hobie will want nothing to do with being an organization under NAMSA for the time being. But, eventually that will probably be the case.
No animosity here! Just gratitude!
