First order of business. Anyone who THINKS about cat sailing owes NAMSA $10. People with beachcats owe NAMSA $50 per year. Multihulls over 20 feet owe NAMSA fees based on $2.50 per waterline foot.

Sounds like another US Sailing organization. How about we double the fees and I will meet you there.
