NAMSA Independence

Hello Rick-

A few more questions:

1. WIll Namsa be independent or associated with US Sailing or some other group?

2. What start-up costs are you thinking about? ie equiptment, office space, insurance, phones, money, etc. Its my understanding that you are covered up, correct?

3. Will NAMSA regattas require you to be a member of US Sailing or any other organization besides NAMSA?

4. Why the low membership fees? The quickest way to deal a fatal blow to a new project is by underfunding it to start out with!!! Also the last thing people want to deal with is a constant fund raising effort in a recession. Also if a stack is raised who will have control/verification of the use of the funds besides the treasurer?
