Nationals Housing Offer

ALL,
I tried posting this on the CRAM site, but it doesn't want to post there.
SO. TO ALL F17 SAILORS
For those of you thinking about coming to the Emerald Coast for the Nationals, or even the Midwinters (although that may be too far a drive), I will extend a 25% discount on beach houses that we rent out in Destin.
These would be good for either people looking to save a few bucks by getting a bunch of sailors in one house (one of them sleeps 22), or if you are bringing family/friends with you. Destin has a ton to do if you are a non sailing tourist, and rather than list it, I'll let you look at the links and then explore the area from there.

I will say that the Emerald Coast is unlike any FL area I had been to before. Most people who live here are originally from LA, MS, AL, TX, GA, TN. They are not snowbirds who retired. The food is incredible, the beaches belong in the Carribean, the sand is like sugar, and the activities rival any resort area in the world. Spas, Dining, Shopping, Fishing, and any watersport imaginable is here. Many New Orleneans come here for vacation, and famous restaurants like Commanders Palace, Acme Oyster House, and Pat O'Briens from the quarter are here as well.
Destin is on the other side of the bay from FWYC, and is about a 20 to 25 minute drive. For the Midwinters, the drive to Pensacola is about an hour. Finally for any of the Juanna's events (very low key, but a blast), Destin is about 35 to 40 minutes away.
Other places to stay:
If in an RV, there may be room at the club, but we need to figure that out. There are plenty of RV parks in the area.
Fort Walton Beach has a gazillion (technically) condos and hotels on the water, as does Pensacola Beach (near Key Sailing).
For Juanna's events, there are plenty of condos on the water, as well as RV parking nearby.
