Does anyone know whether to expect catamarans at the Sarasota regatta? My son wants to sail his WAVE.
There is a distance race sept. 1 at dunedin causeway. Don't know about down there.

A bunch of us went there two years ago. It was a mess, however and they didn't bother scoring any of the cats. Then last year we were told there would be no cats, and at the last minute they said there would be. Best to just call them -- believe Cindy Clifton is in charge, a Sunfish sailor.
For racing the Wave, however, I would suggest Lake Eutis.
