Cat Keel and rudder.. what type of glass

It looks like Jamestown has a pretty decent sale on the west system this week, but what type of glass should I be using for the bottom keel wear Typical wear from the beach. Plusrepairing some issues with the rudders. I need to fix the bottom corners and grind out a few chips in the trailing edge that are starting to split.

I would think a roll of 2" tape would be fine but should I get the woven or biaxial? and what weight? I would assume 2 layers of 4 oz cloth on the bottom would be fine as well as for the leading / trailing edges of the rudders but 😕
