Today on my 5. 2 discovered a 10 inch crack in the dagger board well.(have no idea how it happened) Lucky it is where I can go through the inspection port. Should I try to fiberglass both sides or can I just work from the inside. I am hoping to avoid removing the decking. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

you should probably be able to repair from inside the hull and then drip? some resin down the well to seal the wet side
don't drip so much that you foul the dagger if you can't get to the area with long files, sandpaper on a stick etc

forward edge should be rounded enough that 200gm? glass weave should lay over the crack, better than rear edge anyway
if you have enough access from the inside the well and the crack is big enough you could/should stuff some glass strands in there too
The decks on a nacra are also very easy to pop off and re-epoxy down. When I did mine to repair a chain plate blow out, I just used a chisel and hammer to lightly undo the edge from the hulls. Once I had worked aroun 2-3' away from the hull, I stuck a 2x4 under the decks to keep them up so I could work inside the hull. Fairly easy. Does take some guts to do it initially 😉
i had a crack in the trailing edge of my trunk after hitting a submerged tree. the repair shop added an inspection port and glassed it from the inside of the hull. now it's bulletproof.
if you do take off the hull cover as was suggested, a 'stiff' putty knife works well cause it's very thin. it's possible to chip the edge of the cover if you're not careful. once the cover is off, you will find it was originally stuck in place with gobs of resin-like adhesive. it will be difficult to get it back on with a tight fit unless you use a 4" grinder to remove this resin from the hull and the cover. it grinds off easily but be careful.
when it's time to put the cover back on, i used pc-11 two-part epoxy. it's sticky, not runny. it gives you sufficient time to cover a large area and is waterproof and tough as nails when dry. don't overdo it, but make sure you get a continuous bead around the edge of the cover. cleaning off the oozed epoxy isn't easy. strap the cover on tightly with tie-down straps, rope, or whatever you can to cinch it down.
