I have purchased an older used Hobie wave with the spreader bar, jib ,and jib blocks. Do you have to get a different forestay and bridal wires ? These parts are missing. Not sure if parts are the same for a boat with and without the jib.

I did the jib on my wave years ago (sold the boat). I don't recall any change to the bridal or forestay. I did add several more Hanks to the jib so it would keep better shape.
