my rudder cross bar disappeared on my 2002 inter 17r anyone know the length before i cut a new one?

Each boat will likely be slightly different. Better to align your rudders and then measure the distance between the tiller bars.

Nah, they have enough play with the tendons that the standard length works fine. I just forgot, then went over there (place w/ my boat) and forgot again tonight. I may walk back over there before bed and measure it. I may forget a third time. I'll get you the measurement though.
