Looks like you will need some filler that gel coat paste will not really fill holes and gouges that deep. The damage is not bad and should be easy to fix but matching that yellow sounds tricky. You could buy this to fill them http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=15002&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&storeId=11151&storeNum=10104&subdeptNum=10296&classNum=10297
Then buy some gelcoat and yellow pigment use a Preval Sprayer and test it on some cardboard till you get the color close enough.

The gel coat repair kit will help you match your gelcoat color. Those won't repair the dings though you need a repair kit like Floyd pointed out. The West system repair packs are pretty easy to use and will work well for that. Probably your best bet for a permanent fix. Just follow the instructions in the pack or check out thier web site.

That bottom phot shows exposed glass mat. You should pull off the bits of broken gel coat,& use a dremel or similiar tool to route out the cracks, then saturate the mat with resin. Fill to around 1/16" below the surrounding gel coat, then when you figure out the correct mix to color match you can fill the remaining 1/16" & buff smooth.

Contrary to popular belief I am a better helmsman than that. These came with the deal I got on the boat! 😎
