Hi,
The sheave in these swivel blocks (base of Nacra 5.2 mast) have lost bearings and are shot, but the rest of the unit is ok:
Does anyone know where to get new sheaves? The units is labelled "Performance", I have found identical looking units
but that seems expensive for a small unbranded part.

Those units are also in Australia, with added shipping/customs.
I can sell you 2 almost new Harken exit blocks for that price.
