Folks, really dumb question...the jib lines that attach to the wires coming out of the hatches that stretches across the tramp side to side...does it go over the hiking straps or under them?

Mine is run under the hiking straps. Look at the manual in the photo section. Picture is unclear but appears
that the line is under the strap.
