Does anyone know the measurements for Prindle 18-2 rudders? I have a chance to purchase some rudders, but the seller isn't sure if they are Prindle 16 or 18 rudders. What measurements will he need to take to verify which they are? I am 1300 miles from my boat, so I can't take the measurements off of mine. Thanks for any help.

The old style Prindle 18-2 and 19 rudders are several inches shorter and cut slightly different than the 15, 16 and 18 rudders.
Could maybe get you a measurement next week.
My P-15, P-16, & P-18 ruddrs are 37-37.5". My 1990 P-18-2 rudders are 34". Pete
Thanks for the help. I am purchasing the rudders to have, "just in case", and wanted to be sure they would function as the original rudders on my '88 Prindle 18-2. I appreciate the inputs. Purchased them today.
