prindle 19 rudder pull down line is chaffing

https://www.thebeachcats.com/pictures?g2_itemId=130142&g2_imageViewsIndex=1 the pull down line (red) is getting chaffed & torn as it pulls past the plates that hold the bottm sheeve in place. Can the lower sharp corners on these plates be radiused to prevent this without affecting their function?

It looks like the delrin spacer is larger diameter than needed forcing the line closer to the edge of the plate. Putting a heavy radius in each corner will be fine. Consider using 3/16" dyneema to lower friction and make more wiggle room.

Thx! will radius them and if line chaffs again in goes the 3/16 dyneema
