Are there any products out there for keeping tramps nice and fresh looking? Armor all? Stuff like that?

Tarp. Keep it covered and protected from the sun and it will look great and last for many, many years.
Armorall will probably make it slipperier than hell.

Yeah I agree, don't use any type of product like armour all, you will turn your tramp into a slip and slide.
