Please chip in with other numbers if these are incorrect or if you've developed another design.

Did that include them doing the development on the sail or did you supply the specs on what you wanted?
Im mainly asking this as not only do I need two mains for the F12's but as I build more cats I would also like to have various size sails to suit different crews at the club
regards

What I did was to go to the lokal sailmaker (North Sails)with the drawing that Scarecrow supplied. He designed the sail from that for no extra costs. I got the first sail for half of the price mentioned above.
As they do everything by special computer programs there is no big deal to make a set of differents sizes.
If there is a local sailmaker working with North Sails you could try to contact him and tell him that there is a design i North Finland, maybe he can get the specs from there.
That price is in the ball park but a little high. I would have hoped for a bigger discount on second generation sails.
Jeff the sail plan in your plan set is enough for any experianced sail maker to build your sail to. A good sail maker will take the dimensions supplied on the sail plan, combine it with data for your boat and produce the sails.

Ncik designed bend numbers with mast supported at step and hounds were:
10kg at head.
38.3mm fore-aft deflection
114mm side deflection
10kg midway between supports
16.4mm fore-aft
49mm side ways
From memory Gato nailed the transverse numbers, but ended up a little stiffer longitudinally due to his double barrel sail track.
I kept the rig reasonably soft sideways to help it lay off a little in gusts to auto-depower, however, from Gato's experience I believe we could get away with a little more stiffness. I've been meaning to re-engineer to remove the spreaders but payed work keeps getting in the way.
