Interesting that it is the Rydges CAPRICORN Resort.
Couldn't get the video to play, surely an error on my side.

Played fine for me. Opens in its own small window. Just had to wait a few moments for it to buffer.
Looks to be professionally produced and is designed to generate general public interest I guess?
