Fairly sure there was no F17 at Carnac in 2008. It probably doesnt matter any way. Have you seen one in real life? I know of 3 of them. Not really worth the effort with those numbers is it.
Scarecrow. Any tips on what size carbon tubes we need for booms and spinnaker poles. Will a carbon tube with the same dimensions as the aluminium ones do?

A carbon tube of the same dimensions will give you an approx. 30% weight saving and be stiffer and stronger.
