Sorry I can't figure out how to format columns here, but the first number is DPN and the remaining are wind handicap numbers for Beaufort ranges (left to right): 0-1, 2-3, 4 and 5-9.
I for one feels this is alot more fair to both us and the crews on other types that we race against. A drop of 2.5% = 90 sec / hour. F16 must be capable to sail to that rating easily; it could be lower still in comparison to F18 and I-20's and with reason. But it is definately a better rating then before. I strongly believe it's ratio to I-17R, FX-one and A-cat is alot better than before. In these later cases it could be quite accurate even.

The USsailing committee does this for all boats even for the F18/Tiger etc. If you look carefully you'll notice that all of the ratings numbers of the F16 slp spi and Blade F16 are identical. It is a copy-paste job. The Blade F16 doesn't have its own class rules.
