Don't think the Spi measurers as it does not comply with the girth rule.

We also do not allow articulating solid sails:

I thought solid wing sails were ruled out for the F16 Class? Put it in the tub, turn on a fan, see how fast it goes! <img src=

Bombay Belly we call it, but it hurts a lot more than just your belly...at least it's not Typhoid, yet.
