Hi Frozen,
Are you interested in coming out for some racing with the Ontario fleet? We have a very active F18 class. We have a new web site at http://www.multihull.ca

Next weekends event in Toronto will bring probably 12-15 F18s.

Hopefully a Tiger guy will pipe up. For my part, I haven't put together a Tiger since 2005, but on those boats, we always took the toggles off. I did the championship, Tradewinds and the Worlds all on new out-of-the-box boats and didn't use the toggles on any of them. I'd call the factory and ask Greg or Jacques, though - mayber there's some critical purpose to them... <img src=

The toggle is part of the Tiger rules so you need them on if you want to sail at the Worlds.

I think you at least need them for stepping the mast to prevent any odd twisting of the terminals on the hull (3D movement).
