Whats the best way to replace a new fiberglass mast head cap? Suggestions on glue? Possibly considering filling voids (careffully) with expanding foam to add support....

I replaced mine. I know I didn't glue it. No need for anything other than drill out the old rivots and replace with new. The mast is sealed below that mast cap. The new mast cap that I received was much beefier than the old one. So it didn't break.

Good Luck,

Agree. Just drill out the old rivets and install the new cap. I didn't even use fancy rivets, since this part really doesn't carry a lot of stress (only when raising/lowering the sail). Just the little aluminium ones at any hardware store.

Mast is sealed inside below the top edge already.
