A peek at our new website
oh don't worry, "Undecided" is undergoing some renovations of her own.... we're just not doing the grunt work all ourselves
I think you'd see steam coming out Jake's ears if we dropped off the yellerwhite boat and said "hey dude, just yaknow, do what you did with ole blue. We'll pay in beer."
Maybe - but the quality wouldn't be as good if you pay in beer.
Actually this is a different boat - this boat was the Team Windy Hill boat for the last several years and is owned by Frank Moore. He and I are teaming up to sail together this year as Team Seacats. I need to ask Frank if the boat has a name. After all this work though, we might need to recommission her. The boat really wasn't in that bad of shape ... but you know me.

I believe you need a virgin girl to pee on the bow. But I hear they are hard to come by
On my old Catalina 27, I changed the name (couldn't be seen sailing a boat named Nancy!) and tried to make the gods happy with good beer poured on the bows... but NO... engine died in the east past (sailing 5 knots- current 5 knots= going nowhere slowly)
If you don't pay attention and make him happy you may never get off the beach
There are other ways. Bonnie found one where you go out, sail the boat backwards for at least one hull length, pour some alcohol in the water (If I remember correctly), say a little thing of good wishes to the boat, rename it, and start sailing forward again. This is much easier to come by than a virgin willing to pee in the hull.

Hey Jake
I think that is Chris Brown's old boat. I remember when Chris brought the boat to Spring Fever (I think it was new) It was the first I20 I had seen. We were getting ready to go out and race and it was real windy. Chris's boat was right next to ours and it was moving all around because of the high wind and he did not go out (yes there has been wind at SP)
If you did your homework you'd know.
