January 09 is looking good for us we have the Lobster Regatta Distance Race at Lacepede Sailing Club Kingston SE on 10th-11th Jan 09 and now Robe Yacht Club are putting on a 4hr around Guichen Bay race for all types of boats from Keel boats to cats on 25th Jan 09. I'm a starter as will other cats at our club. If you want to save petrol and can bear to be parted from your cat come down for our race leave your cat in my yard then come back down for the Robe race or stay down here. As I mentioned in an earlier post you can camp for free next to your mast up cat during the Lobster Regatta and use our facilities. I'll find out whats available at Robe feel free to PM me for accomodation ideas.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. This race will be conducted under the Yachting Australia Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012. All competitors shall be
bound by these rules, the sailing instructions issued by RYC and any other rules that may govern the event.
NOTE: RRS Fundamental Rule 4 - Decision to race... All competitors participate entirely at their own risk.
2. The RYC will not accept any liability for any material damage, personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with the
race.
3. The Responsible Person in Charge must be 16 Years of age or over unless exempted in writing by the Race Committee.
4. The RYC reserves the right to refuse entry.
5. All boats are to be suitably insured for racing and to be equipped with all legislated safety gear.
6. The above conditions must be certifi ed as acceptable to the Nominee and this form signed before acceptance will be
considered.
