I don't think it is a
new
book - it is the first major reprint since 2001. It's sitting in my lap right now.
Edit: D'oh!!!! I see what you mean now. I ordered the old title when the reprint became available early last year - my mistake. I see he has a new title out soon. I amend my first post to say

The book is good, but very far from
High Performance Sailing
. It does build on HPS and update stuff in HPS, but it is not an essential read in my opinion.
