Thanks Pete,

Being from what is concidered "the sticks" this is by far the best resolution I have seen. Very helpful for the layout of our new digs.

I checked out some of my old addresses. I can see my old H16 in the driveway of my house in Massachusettes. The pic is about 2-3 years old.

Anyone know where the "birdseye" views are taken from?

Hey, that's not bad! Kind of like Google Earth (which I love so much I have to enforce a personal restraining order so I can get some work done).

Now it is Google Earth for me. I cannot get enough of it. You have to get their software (free) but so cool.

Google Earth is definitely cool, but compare "rural" locations resolutions, no comparison to local.live

I've only used Google earth a couple of times and had problems with resolution and perspective. The eiffel tower was always squat.

Try looking up your home on local.live. Be sure to use the "bird's eye view" function. I was amazed. If I didn't have a pergola out front, I would have been looking in my own window!

Thanks, Pete. that local.live is much better resolution for the oddball places where we live.
