I had a Cougar cat and it didn't look like either of those . More like a Shark that didn't fold.Maybe there are more than one Cougar, mine was made by Lofland I believe.

edit: Appears there is a new Zealand Cougar cat as Jake posted.

It is a windrush 12, made by windrush yachts in WA. while they do not make them anymore you can still buy spares.
