I know someone mentioned these regattas in passing a while back, but I was contacted today by Nicki Hyser from the Minnesota Chapter of the Luekemia and Lymphoma Society and she asked me to pass on the details. There are a total of 41 regattas across the US throughout the year (some have already taken place for this year). These are fund-raising events for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I'm proud to know that the Leukemia Cup originated right here in Birmingham on Logan Martin Lake, and has grown to be a successful national event.
