Hey Rick, I did all correctly - why the attachment does not work?

First of all, go to the FAQs at the top of the Forum and read them. To enter a graphic you need to use markup. For example for an image you would use

I believe I am not mozilla compatible. Since the photos were received by email and are not in the web, I can not post them.
I will try to forward the email to you - it is a real monster.
