Cool idea! Great possibility for a lot of fun! Register your own record course anywhere in the world and your own time on it and then sit back and watch others trying to beat it.

Everyone gets to pretend to be Francis Joyon, or PYM and Benoit

Hope you have more luck than me , site is an excellent idea , but needs a bit more work , difficult to use and impossible to edit , cannot seem to be able to add records to a course I've (sorta ) set up

The Barking Challenge

in Scotland UK , also the course grew a leg I didn't enter and I can't get rid of it .

When sorted this site should be great

Hi
I'm fully aware about all problems and bugs but working on it (slowly) and the goal is to have it running pretty well in spring before the season starts here in Sweden. The worst part is, sa you said, adding a course which is a bit tricky and not userfriendly at all but my brain and javascript doesent seem to work the same way....

I'll guess it is the last point on your course which is the wrong one and I'll delete it.

Adding a record should however not be a problem, just login, goto the course page and click on add record in the submenu in the top right corner.

So bare with me and my novice web knowledge for a while 😉

Yeah, I added a course and it wouldn't let me add a record. It was really more of a joke than anything, but still I will have to go try and break my old time!

We have used motionbased.com to do something similar with a 25 mile distance course in Galveston Bay.

To share + store more than 10 tracks requires a subscription service though...

Why could you not add a record to the course? Was there no link to

add a record

? error messages? etc?

Cheers
Erik
