Hey White Boyz, looks like you need a little more pre-bend in that spinnaker pole! Yeow!

What happened to the guys? Website shows one DNF and the rest DNS? Did they have equipment failure that couldn't be remedied there?

That was such an awesome regatta. The wind was around 14-20 knots friday and saturday, and between 11-15 knots sunday.

I was crewing on a J110 but drooling when I saw those tornados pass us so fast.

One of this days ill get a cat....

We are alive. We finished up 4th place overall. We were the first American team to finish. Puerto Ricans took 1-3 positions. After the complete re-rig of the boat (thanks Kirk!), we scored a 3rd on Sunday. Sunday's race was a 21 mile race, upwind and downwind in 2-5 foot seas, 12-17 knots of wind or so. It was a blast!
After the race on Sunday, I took one of our sponsors out and we sailed to Tortolla, which was a pretty good sail...
www.velocitysailing.com has a few updates, and Alan and I will be posting about the race as well in a few days. We got over 2.5 hours of video from on-board cameras, and Brian Karr with 1design.net will be handling the editing of

Rolex Regatta 2007-Velocity Style...

I think you'll all enjoy it when it comes out.
