I am trying to located the US Tornado and Javelin II Distributors. Are there any distributors or dealers on the West coast?

This is an east coast based importer. There is no other Marstrom distributor in North America as far as I know. You can buy direct from Marstrom ( http://www.sailcenter.se/ ) but I don't think it will be worth the hassle of working out shipping/import duty, customs etc.
Where on the west coast are you?
No clue about Javelin's.
