This year's Hobie State Championship is scheduled at the Waikiki Yacht Club on December 7 & 27. Only the 20 foot class has enough registrants to run a class. Drop me a note if you are interested or if you would like to crew on my Miracle 20. laletinc001@hawaii.rr.com

Part One of the HHCA State Championship was completed on Sunday as planned. Three races were run back to back with our starts just ahead of the Meldges-24 fleet. The wind was variable early, steadily building, while clocking around 360 degrees to the final race with double trapping over the ocean swells.

Race results (best I can remember)are as follows:

Ken K 2-1-1
Mike J 1-2-2
Dean F 4-3-3
Chris L 3-4-4
Dan W 5-5-DNF

The next race day is Saturday, Dec 27th. See you there.

Hey Chris I know I wimped out on the third race but the crack on the hull was making me nervous cause I was watching the starboard bow flex in all directions instead of racing.
Get those results right for the first race!

KenK-2
DanW-3
ChrisL-4

See you Sunday.

Hey Dan, Great to see you on the BB. Sorry about the error in the finishes. Are you going to join in the RTB-2 March 7th? CL
