Ok, i have just received my shipment from Ecole de Voile Sanoucy....
I ordered to complete upper castings (casting ($115), nylon ends with pins ($25), and cam (traveler)/nut/washer ($22))
Results:
I had provided my email so i could get tracking. no tracking data ever sent. It took about 2 1/2 weeks for delivery - acceptable but tracking would have been nice.
Missing the cams (traveler)/nut/washer - I called and left a message. Celine called back within 2 hours. Apologized, said she would ship them.
