At the national meeting here we all decided to send out a vote to all members and Chapters on how to set up the Divisions.
In order to do so, I will need a list of members and Chapters to mail to.
Do you have that? Or who does have it? Best question.., how do I get the mailing list?

For a change our Secretary was there and I am sure she will interpret her notes and get them posted pretty soon.

Sorry for the delay. Netscape switched to new software which had a lot of glitches and has kept me offline. +Also, my apologies on getting you the EIN number. My girlfriend has been involved in moving and hasn't had a chance to get to Colorado Springs. As far as membership goes, Mary should have our database! We've been sharing info, so she should have it! Barring unforeseen circumstances, I should be up and running here from now on.

Great and just checked with Gen and sure enough, we have all the addresses right here.
I gave up on getting a legit checking account.., and they had to have a minimun of $2500 plus a high fee monthly, so I just opened a personal account that is free. The only difference is that checks won't have NAMSA's name on them.., So, I will write it in.
As soon as you get back, I will close out the account and send you a check.

Glad to see our info-sharing has served its purpose! Like I said before, the Patriot Act has made opening a checking account very painful; however, if it keeps us safe, it's worth it.

Bob, I was also wondering.., do we send out membership cards and info? I am supposing also that if they are sent out, it must be on their supscription date.., not once a year in January?

I send out a membership card and welcome letter. The expiration date is the same date that their subscription expires (i.e. not January for all).
